RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At No Curfew Kids, we stand behind the quality of our gear. Because our rash guards and shorts are athletic apparel, we have a few guidelines to keep every order fair and hygienic.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • In original condition with tags attached, if applicable

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed rash guards and shorts cannot be returned or exchanged.

WRONG SIZE
We understand sizing can be difficult when ordering online. If you receive the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If you need a different size, the item must meet the return requirements above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item or incorrect size was sent by No Curfew Kids.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

SALE & CUSTOM ITEMS
Sale, clearance, personalized, and custom-made items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

IMPORTANT
No Curfew Kids reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item does not meet the requirements outlined above.
